Return Policy:

We want you to love your purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please contact our client care team (hello@sundayriley.com) within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. You will be issued a pre-paid return label via email, and once your return is received and inspected by our team (please allow 7-9 business days for processing), we will issue you a refund for all returned items to your original payment method. Please note, we are unable to process any returns for exchange, or returns for orders that have been delivered more than 30 days ago.

While we understand that it may take a few tries to determine if a product is right for your skin, products must be at least half full upon return and inspection to be eligible for a refund. Any returned sets or kits must include all items. Partial kits are ineligible for a refund. 

When your order arrives, please inspect it for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If you determine you have received damaged or unusable items, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside. Please contact us immediately if damages do occur, if items have been omitted from your order, or if you received the wrong items. Our team may request photos of the issue and will assess each circumstance to find the best possible resolution.

If you don’t receive your order and our carrier has marked it delivered, please notify our team as quickly as possible to be considered for a replacement shipment. Your replacement order will be sent with a direct signature requirement to ensure its safe delivery. If you’d prefer a refund rather than a replacement for a missing order, our team will file a claim with our carrier, and if we are fully or partially reimbursed, we will process an equivalent refund for your order. Please note, the claims process may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to resolve.
